How do I get refills on my medicines?

  • To refill a medication, please contact your pharmacist, who will call us for authorization. We generally give you enough medicine to last until you are due for another visit, so when you receive your last refill please call to schedule a follow-up appointment.

 

What should I bring to my next visit?

  • Insurance cards

  • Photo ID

  • Medication list

 

What if I need to reach you after hours?

  • One of our providers is on call 24 hours a day, and we DO answer calls after hours. If you have not heard back from us within 30 minutes, please call again.

  • If you are faced with a medical emergency, we encourage you to CALL 911 immediately.

 

How do I get test results?

  • A member of our staff will contact you with test results as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us within a week of your test, please feel free to call us for your results.

What if I have to go to the hospital?

  • We have partnered with in-patient hospital specialists at all local hospitals to provide you the best possible care.

  • When you go to an emergency room, please let the ER doctors know that you are a patient at Full Spectrum Health Center. Your in-patient treatment will be coordinated by a Hospitalist (a physician that specializes in hospital care). We will communicate with you and the emergency department as necessary.

Living Wills and Powers of Attorney

  • We recommend that all patients have a living will and medical power of attorney.

 

What is an Electronic Medical Record?

  • An Electronic Medical Record, or EMR, is a digital version of the traditional paper chart used by doctors to record and track the health of their patients.

  • Full Spectrum Health Center uses the Athena electronic medical record system.
